Instructions

Photo should be attached electronically to the form. It must be of high resolution and in JPEG, BITMAP or GIF format.
On submitting your FORM(S), a copy of the same will be sent to CYG Pune 2008 and to your email address..
Print each such email that you receive, authenticate it with a signature and stamp/seal of the concerned organisation/CGA and courier all documentation to:

Size should be minimum 200 KB and maximum 350 KB.
