Visit of Ms. Jhanja Tripathy, Exec. Dir., Finance, SAI and Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar, JT Sec., MoYAS, GOI.

Ms. Jhanja Tripathy and Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar visited Pune on 3rd and 4th January 2007, to review the plans for refurbishment and building of the sports infrastructure at the Shri Shiv Chhatrapati Sports City, Balewadi. They visited all the venues for the 9 disciplines as well as the sites for the new multipurpose complex and the Athletes Village. They were accompanied by Shri Laxmikant Deshmukh, Director, Sports, GOM, Mr. Kulkarni from M/s Shashi Prabhu and Associates, the Project Consultants, Mr. ASV Prasad, ADG – Technical CWG Delhi 2010, Ms Sangeeta Welinkar, Coordinator, CYG Pune 2008 and other members.
